This charming room hints back to the Art Deco period in which Charlotte House was built and can seat up to 60 guests formally or up to 100 informally. Offering a real sense of grandeur and elegance, this room is ideal for traditional Wedding Breakfasts as well as entertainment.

The bright and airy south-facing terrace provides a superb venue for less formal functions. Providing shelter from the British weather, the terrace is ideal for Hog-Roasts, BBQ’s and buffets. The terrace can provide seating for up to 200 guests.

For larger parties, our luxurious marquee provides an ideal add on offering large ancillary accommodation for your guests. Our marquee is available from just £1000 and seats up to 120+
